Our Company
GenCorp S.A., a construction company utilizing science to modernize techniques in the application of traditional concrete and steel buildings. The relevant products are pre-built to order, standardized LGS parts, and as contractor of turn-key site.
GenCorp has been in operation since the aftermath of the earthquake in 2010. This catastrophic situation forced everyone building to consider new materials that were now taking into account a new “phenomena” which was previously ignored when using traditional building methods and techniques. In the past couple of months, we have refocused our building strategy; we are going to innovate in a sector that has the potential for growth and that also needs to be economically feasible to allow many more construction to materialize.
GenCorp’s solutions are in Light Gauge Steel (LGS) that can be looked at in the construction aspect as the skeleton of the human body combined with Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) the skin of the home. The relevant products that can be offered are either purely LGS or CLC, a combination of both, or turnkey solution.

Our Products
There are many variations of the LGS and CLC products that can be manufactured to specific measurements, and here are some tangible products line:
LGS + CLC Panel
Manufacture and assembly of studs and channels into wall panels with design and measurements for placement of windows and doors. Upon panel completion, both side are cast in with Light Weight Concrete to the specifics of the requested.

C CHANNEL and STUDS- metal C channels are cut into length of 8’, 10’, 12’, 16’ and 20’ and sized into shape C Forms to be sold at hardware stores used in construction.
STUD- metals studs are cut into length 8’, 10 or 12’ size shaped into E or C forms to be sold at a wholesale level to hardware stores to be used for various projects in the construction field.
CLC Concrete
Using our state of the art concrete mixer to provide lightweight concrete needs at specified density based on project requisites.

Co-owner of a construction firm in the recent past with one of Haiti’s renowned architects from a family of paint artist. Many established works that have stood the test of the devastating impacts of the earthquake of 2010.

Twenty plus years in the manufacturing and production of arts and craft industry for export throughout the United States. Manufactured and designed some of the most traditional metal artworks Haiti is known for today. Started and operated other successful small businesses

Operation Manager
10 years telecom experience as Co-founder of CallDirek, a prepaid calling card aimed at the Haitian diaspora market. Successful entrepreneur in telecommunications company Unitel inc. and successful small business owner with solid experience in operation management of a distribution network of thousands of locations in North America.

Lionel Allen
Architect
Graduated in 1970, Lionel Allen has extensive experience in the field of construction in Haiti. He realized the study and the execution of more than one hundred private residences of 250 square meters on average. His experience also extends to the design and / or construction of buildings as varied as orphanages, hospitals, schools, apartment complexes, administrative and commercial buildings both in Port-au-Prince and in different provincial towns.
Nathalie Roy
Interior Designer
Graduated in 1996, Nathalie is an interior designer with multiple skills, dealing with all aspects ranging from the production of creative concepts, to the realization and construction. Very attracted by innovative challenges and unique projects, Nathalie’s assets are: budget preparation, renovations, drawing of technical plans and reports, supervision of the subcontractors of all parties involved.
Prinston Daniel
Civil and Structure Engineer
Graduate in 2000 and holder of a Bachelor of Science GENIE CIVIL, Daniel Prinston has worked on multiple projects alongside Mr Lionel Allen and many other collaborators. He is also a consultant for the firms: Belle Construction S.A. / SUMMER, ICRC, GRETCO, PLURIMATS and also Resident Engineer of SOCOL.
Robens Morisset
Electrical and Plumbing Engineer
Graduated in 1989 in hydraulic and sanitary installations, and in 1990 in domestic, commercial and industrial electricity, Ing Morisset spent 11 years at TECINA where he acquired a solid experience in both branches.
